About Dionicio Neblett

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Dionicio “Dio” Neblett is the Principal Managing Broker of Panache Real Estate and the driving force behind its reputation for excellence. A graduate of Howard University’s School of Business, Dio began his career in technology as an intranet programmer with Verizon before discovering his passion for real estate through his first investment property in Washington, D.C. That experience quickly evolved into guiding friends through their own purchases and ultimately inspired him to earn his real estate license.

In 2008, Dio became a licensed real estate broker and has since built a career defined by trust, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to service. Today, his focus is on luxury condominiums and homes, serving a diverse clientele that includes entertainment executives, investment bankers, and professionals across New York City. Under his leadership, Panache Real Estate has also proudly supported members of New York’s union community and advanced an affordable housing initiative that has placed more than 100 families into permanent residences.

Dio believes that selling a home is more than a transaction; it is a deeply personal journey. His ability to connect with clients across cultures and backgrounds has not only fueled his success but also forged lasting friendships.
