About Cheryl Hamilton

Cheryl Hamilton brings a wealth of experience and a diverse professional background to Panache Real Estate. A graduate of Howard University with further studies at Oxford University in England, Cheryl began her career in the arts, performing and producing for stage and film. Her natural leadership and creative vision soon expanded into producing and directing, before she transitioned into a decade-long career at American International Group (AIG), where she specialized in claims and client service.

 

In recent years, Cheryl has combined her passion for people with her strong organizational skills by managing her family’s investment properties, overseeing everything from maintenance and tenant relations to rent collection and financial management. This experience naturally led her to pursue her real estate license and build a career where her diverse talents converge.

 

Today, as a licensed real estate professional and devoted mother of four, Cheryl is deeply attuned to the importance of finding a home that truly fits her clients’ needs.
